  • information about water depth, tides, currents and points of interest (marinas, fuel stations, etc.)
     

Concierge services
Like in a luxury hotel, the online concierge assistance service can help you plan your trip on the water. The concierge service is here to provide whatever information you need, including:

  • marinas, hotels and restaurants
  • repair and storage facilities
  • boat launches
  • customs procedures and Canadian/U.S. permits


Emergency towing
The assistance and towing service has you covered if your boat breaks down at any time, anywhere in Canada and the United States.**

 

Boat value/resale assistance
Our specialists can help determine the current market value of your boat for resale or insurance purposes.
 

Health assistance
Need a quick answer to a medical question? This service puts you in touch with a registered or specialist nurse at any time, anywhere in Canada and the United States.
 

Legal assistance
Our legal specialists are here to answer your question in the strictest confidence.‡ This service is available as often as you wish, and there are no call time limits.

**If our assistance service is unable to provide towing in the area of your breakdown, you are free to call the towing company of your choice. Towing costs are eligible for reimbursement on presentation of a receipt, subject to certain conditions. This service does not cover towing of the boat trailer.
