The terms and conditions set out below detail how Aviva Ally (“Ally”) can be used. If the Ally digital platform is used, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not accept any of the terms and conditions stated below, you should not use the digital platform. By using the digital platform, you undertake that you are aged 18 years or older and an authorized user of avivapartner.ca.
By using Ally, you are able to obtain an insurance quote online and self-serve bind and pay. You must disclose all material facts that may affect the way your client’s premium is determined and the information you provide to us must be correct and accurate, otherwise, we may not be able to provide your client with an accurate quote.
The insurance quotes being provided by this digital platform are based on the information you, the user, provide and the underwriting criteria of [Aviva]. All quotes are subject to further verification by [Aviva]. Please ensure that all information provided is accurate in order to avoid delay or denial of coverage.
If you purchase a policy online through Ally, additional information may be needed to verify information and process your request. In the event that there are any discrepancies between the quotes being provided by this digital platform and the quotes established by our [Aviva underwriting] based on the same information, the quotes established by our [Aviva underwriting] shall govern. Not all applications will qualify for an online quote or an insurance policy.
If your client or any persons listed on their application for insurance have been previously convicted of insurance fraud, [Aviva and its group of insurance companies] reserves the right to refuse to issue an insurance contract based on this fact.
