Aviva appoints Navinder Dhillon as CEO of Aviva Canada

July 31, 2025 (TORONTO, ON) – Aviva announces the appointment of Navinder (‘Nav’) Dhillon as CEO of Aviva Canada. In his new role, Nav will report to Aviva Group CEO, Amanda Blanc, and become a member of Aviva’s Group Executive Committee.

Nav joined Aviva Canada in December 2022 as Chief Financial Officer. Before joining Aviva, Nav held senior leadership positions at RSA Canada Group, as well as Intact Financial Corporation, and played a key role in building EY’s insurance advisory practice across North America and Europe. 

Amanda Blanc, Group Chief Executive Officer, Aviva plc, said:
