MYAVIVA PORTAL (ONLINE SERVICES)
Please read the following terms and conditions, they apply to your use of MyAviva. They are in addition to any other terms and conditions. Your login information will enable you to access MyAviva portal. You must keep this login information confidential and take appropriate measures to keep it safe.
It is important that you notify us as soon as you discover or suspect any unauthorized use of your MyAviva account. You are responsible for any transactions or modifications made through your MyAviva account including losses you incur as a result of your failure to keep your username and password secure.
If you have opted to receive your documents electronically, you will receive your policy documents through MyAviva portal. We will notify you by email that new documents have been uploaded to your MyAviva account, such as renewal packages or policy change requests.
However, it is your obligation to monitor MyAviva portal for new communications and review your policy documents. Contact an Aviva insurance representative for any errors, inaccurate information or unauthorized changes on your insurance documents.
Please note that we may continue to send you documents through the mail or by email even after you have signed up for MyAviva portal. Sometimes, such communication is required by applicable laws, but we can also communicate with you for other reasons and at our discretion. Documents sent by mail or email will be sent to your mailing or email address that Aviva has on file. It is important to notify your insurance representative of any changes.
We may, at any time and without notice, change services offered on MyAviva, suspend or terminate your access to MyAviva portal. Your MyAviva portal may also be unavailable for maintenance, update or as a result of a situation.
