If you are eligible for a claim payment, speak with your claims representative to arrange direct deposit to your bank account or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).  
 
If EFT is not an option, we will send payments of over $200 to you by cheque via courier. All other payments will be securely held until the strike is resolved.
