If damage from a covered claim makes your home uninhabitable, and you have to move out during repairs, we pay for any necessary, additional living expenses, including moving costs.

In the event that damage from a covered claim requires you to replace your equipment, we cover a portion of the cost to replace it with an energy efficient or environmentally friendly option.
Rental Income
