Once you’ve downloaded the Amazon Alexa companion app to your phone, it's quick and simple to enable the Aviva Insurance skill on your Alexa-enabled device.

Enable the skill

Open the Alexa app and select ‘Skills’ in the menu to search for “Aviva Insurance". This skill can also be found in the Alexa Skills store. Choose the ‘Enable skill’ option.
